Maintenance Contract.
Comprehensive
Maintenance Contract:
In Comprehensive Contract we cover
the service warranty as well as the warranty of the components.
The charges for this contract depends on the configuration
of the machines & the condition of the machine.
Non-Comprehensive
Maintenance Contract:
In
Non-Comprehensive contract we cover service warranty for
One year. Components are not covered in this contract.

Software recommends performing a preventative maintenance
routine on each service call. By performing the "PM"
while we are servicing the equipment, we will save user
time, as users have to lose access of their equipment; however,
preventative maintenance may also be scheduled at the user's
convenience. Furthermore, all service calls, contracted
or Time and Material, will receive a preventive maintenance
check.

Software has established and maintains the following Preventative
Maintenance Program:

Computer Systems:
- Air
dust and brush air intake and exhaust vents from inside
CPU.
- Run
Advance diagnostics on all installed devices
- Inspect
cables for damage and ensure good connection
- Air
dust and brush keyboard.
- Check
Monitor for horizontal and vertical alignment.
- Virus
scan.
o
Printers:
- Examine
interior and exterior of printer for smudges, dust, etc.
- Accumulation
of paper lint should be carefully removed
- Paper
dust should be cleaned off drive rollers, transfer guide,
transfer corona assembly etc.
- Perform
"self test" and communication check.
